Purchase Policy
Your purchase will show up on your credit card statements as a charge from MunckMix, Inc. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We take great care in assuring that your product arrives in good condition. Our audio CDs are of the highest quality, and our CD mailers are at least somewhat shock resistant.

If for some reason your order arrives damaged or unplayable, please notify us via email and include the following information:

• Order #
• Concert date and venue
• A brief description of the damage
• Your name
• Shipping Address
• Email address
• Phone number 

Send the email to, or click service@munckmusic.com. We will respond to you within 72 hours with details of how to obtain a replacement.  This may include asking you to return the damaged products to us, so please do not discard it until you have heard back from us.
