For your convenience we offer free downloads of CD inserts, complete with set lists, for each of the recordings below. Just click on the desired recording to download the insert you want. The download comes in PDF format, which is read with Adobe Acrobat, a free application you can download right here.
 
To ensure proper printing, please UNCHECK the “Shrink oversized pages to paper size” and “Expand small pages to papersize” boxes and CHECK the box that says “Auto-rotate and center pages”. After printing the file on your own printer, simply cut out the image with a pair of scissors, fold it along the middle, and insert it into the clear plastic cover of the CD jewel case.
