MunckMix collects information about its users in the following

When you purchase a product from MunckMix, you'll be asked
to enter your full name, full billing and shipping street address, phone
number, email address and credit card information.

using the MunckMix site, we automatically track certain information about
you through our web server logs (code on certain web pages that tracks
users' browsing). The information we track includes the URL you just came
from, the next URL you go to, the date and time of your visit, what

cookies--pieces of information that our Web site transfers to your

automatically entered in the respective data fields on the ordering web on
your return visits so you dont have to enter in the same information
again and again whenever you want to order one of our products. You are

although in that case, you may be required to re-enter your name and
address information more frequently during a session.

us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters we may collect such

How We Use Your Information and What You Can
Do About It
The information you provide to us is used for the purpose of
processing your purchases of goods and services. It is also analyzed so
that we can serve you in the best manner possible on our Web site through

We DO NOT keep any credit card
information on file after the transaction has been cleared by your credit
card provider. That is why you have to re-enter your credit card info
every time you order something from us
We use your email address to
send you order confirmation information, and may also send you promotional
information from MunckMix. At the time of your purchase, we'll give
you an opportunity to tell us whether or not you want to receive
promotional information from MunckMix.
MunckMix may use personally
identifiable information collected from you in order forms, during
promotions or surveys, and from our server log files and cookies to better
understand the demographics, interests and behavior of our collective
audience.
We will NEVER use your personal information to deliver
advertisements and promotions from third parties unrelated to
MunckMix.
We will NEVER share any individual information about you
with any advertisers or third parties unrelated to MunckMix.

unlikely event we are required by law, we may have to disclose information

in order to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to
protect our rights or the personal safety of our users or the public.
How You Can
Update, Correct or Delete Your Information
Just as you were able to indicate whether you wanted to
receive promotional email when you first ordered a product from us, you
can send a message to

information or, if you want to stop receiving promotion-related email or
update your email address on our promotions mailing
list.
How Your
Information Is Protected
MunckMix takes
reasonable precautions to protect your information from loss, misuse or
alteration. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect
sensitive information such as your credit card number and a series of
firewalls to protect our internal systems. You should recognize that,
while it is reported to be more secure to process credit card purchases
through such systems than many other traditional means, there is no such
thing as "perfect security" on the Internet. That is why we do not keep
any of your credit card information on file, and why you have to re-enter
it every time you order something from us.
Children Under 18
Children under 13 are not eligible
to use our services. If you are under 18, you can use this service only in
conjunction with your parents or guardians.
